AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位

Treatment of Lateral Clavicular Fracture and Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation with AO/ASIF Clavicular Hook Plate

目的 :观察运用AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板 (ClavicularHookPlate)对TossyⅢ型的肩锁关节脱位和NeerⅡ型的锁骨远端骨折进行切开复位内固定手术的临床效果。方法 :从 2 0 0 0年 3月～ 2 0 0 1年 3月 ,运用AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板及韧带修补技术 ,治疗了 15例急性锁骨远端骨折 (NeerⅡ型 )和肩锁关节脱位 (TossyⅢ型 )的病人。结果 :术后 1周所有患者均能进行肩关节主动活动。术后 6周均完全恢复日常生活和工作能力 ,无一例患者出现伤口感染。随访的X线未见肩锁关节半脱位或钢板断裂和松动的表现。结论 :AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板是治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位和NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折的一种较好的手术方法。

Objective:Retrospective analysis of functional and radiographic outcome of lateral clavicular fracture(Neer Ⅱ)and acromioclavicular joint dislocation(Tossy Ⅲ)treated with AO/ASIF clavicular hook plate.Methods:Between March 2000.and March 2001.patients with acute lateral clavicular fracture(Neer Ⅱ)and acromioclavicular joint dislocation(Tossy Ⅲ)were treated with AO/ASIF clavicular hook plate combined with ligament suture.The mean age was 38 yearsold.The mean follow up period was 4 months.Results:All patients started active shoulder mobilization one week after operation.All patients requained full working capacity six weeks postoperatively,no infection was found.Neither acromioclavicular joint subluxation,nor breakage or loosening of the clavicular hook plate were observed.Conclusion:Lateral clavicular fracture(Neer Ⅱ)and acromioclavicular joint dislocation(Tossy Ⅲ)treated with AO/ASIF clavicular hook plate is a effective surgical method.
