摘要
目的 :探索治疗肩锁关节脱位的有效方法。方法 :应用自行研制的可调式外展架前瞻性地对 34例新鲜肩锁关节脱位病人进行治疗 ,经过临床随访观察 ,对症状、体征及X线测量结果进行分析。结果 :临床优良率达 94% ,X线显示喙锁距离 ,肩锁间距 ,锁骨远端移位均恢复满意。结论
Objective: Though many methods for treating complete acromioclavicular dislocation were presented,a number of unsatisfactory results obtained by these procedures,the author designed a new appliance-the adjustable abducent frame.Method:in 39 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation,34 of which underwent clinical and radiographic follow up for more than 6 months.Result:According to a modified evaluation system by Imatani et al,the total excellent and good rate is 94%,no applications was found during follow up.Conclusion:External fixation with this frame is the recommended treatment for fresh acromioclavicular dislocation.
