人工全膝关节置换术的适应证选择及疗效分析

Indication and Analysis of the Outcome of Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的 :探讨人工全膝关节置换术的手术适应证及影响疗效的因素。方法 :对 2 0例 2 4膝人工全膝关节置换术进行临床分析和总结。结果 :人工全膝关节置换术后疼痛、关节功能及活动度分别较术前改善 70 %、5 7%和 35 %。结论 :人工全膝关节置换术是治疗严重类风湿性关节炎和骨性关节炎的有效方法。

Objective: To study the results and operative indication of total knee arthroplasty.Methods:From 1997,1 to 2001 5,20 cases of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis were treated with total knee arthroplasty.Results:The rates of pain relief,function recovery and flexibility improvement of total knee arthroplasty were 70%,57% and 35% respectively.Conclusions:Total knee arthroplasty is an effective method for treating rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
