国产与进口异丙酚用于人工流产手术的临床观察

Clinical observation on home-made propofol and imported diprivan administered in artificial abortion

目的 :比较国产与进口异丙酚的麻醉效果及对呼吸循环系统的影响。方法 :选择 415例早孕患者 ,随机分成两组 ,国产异丙酚组 2 15例 ,进口异丙酚组 2 0 0例。异丙酚均按 3～ 3 .5 m g/ kg、3 m g/ s静注。麻醉深度以患者意识消失、扩宫颈无反应为准。观察用药过程中患者意识消失时间、清醒时间、麻醉效果及不良反应。持续监测 ECG,BP,HR,Sp O2 。结果 :组间意识消失时间、清醒时间、麻醉效果、不良反应、用药量、 SBP,DBP,H R,Sp O2 无显著差异 ,P>0 .0 5。结论 :国产与进口异丙酚均具有起效快、作用时间短、恢复迅速完全、麻醉效果确切等特点 ,但国产异丙酚价格低廉 ,值得推广。

Objective: It is to compare the anaesthetic efficacy of home made propofol and imported diprivan and the influence to respirator system and circulatory system. Methods: Four hundred and fifteen early pregnancy patients were divided into two groups. Two hundred and fifteen patients were in home made propofol group. Two hundred patients were in imported diprivan group. Both of the two groups were administered the drug with 3~3.5mg/kg and kept the intravenous injection speed of 3mg one second. Anaesthetic depth was in no consciousness and no feeling when dilated cervix. The time of conscious disappearance, recovery time, anaesthetic efficacy and side effects were observed. ECG, BP, HR, SpO 2 were monitored on the operation. Results: There was no marked difference between the two groups about the time of conscious disappearance, recovery time, anaesthetic efficacy, side effects, dosage of the drug, SBP, DBP, HR, SpO 2. Conclusion: Home made propofol works rapidly, effect time short, recover rapidly after operation. They all have a good anaesthetic efficacy. Homemade propofol is worth to widespread used because of its low price.
