风险投资对于高新技术产业的发展起着决定性的作用 ,它在投向选择上具有明显的区域特征。文章分析了风险投资发展的区域环境因素 ,如科技资源、产业构成、企业模式、文化环境等 ,具体结合北京、上海、深圳三地相关特点进行了分析 ,并对其各自的发展模式提出了几点建议。

Venture investment is fundermental to the development of the high-tech industry, and it′s investmental direction has obviously regional character. The article analyzed the elements of the venture investment development, such as science and technology researching ability, the system and mode of the enterprises, culture environment and so on. Next, combining with the character of the three cities: Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, analyzed their respective environment elements.At last, some suggesion of their three's development mode were given.
