上海南汇地区环境变迁与经济开发及其政区演变的相关研究

Research on the Environmental Vicissitude, Economic Development and Administrative Region Evolution in Nanhui Area of Shanghai

通过长时段的考察,揭示上海南汇地区政区演变的内在规律及其与环境变迁、经济开发的相关性特征,并剖析其现状不合理性产生的根源,提出区划调整的基本思路。

Nanhui Area has been as the main part of the great Pudong Area in historica1 period. Under the condi-tion of the land-forming and economy-changing process, it is the basic characteristic that the spatial administra-tive system separates from the spatial economic pattern. In the next construction layout of the great Pudong Ar-ea, Nanhui Area is standing on a centra1 location. It's developing 1evel of society and economy will effect the de-velopment of Pudong even Shanghai and Changjiang Delta. This paper, on a long time perspective, showes theinner nature of the administrative region evo1ution and the root of irrationa1 status. Conclusion is that fully re-garding historica1 orderliness and modifying the regionization to fit the new economic location based on thethought from spontaneity to selfhood. This conclusion has an important meaning and value to theory and practicein the reform of local administrative region.
