摘要 应用HIR - 944B型高频 -红外碳硫分析仪 ,对不同地质样品中碳、硫的测定进行了研究 ,称样 3 0~ 6 0mg ,加入 0 .4g纯铁屑及 1 .7g钨粒助熔剂 ,高温燃烧分解试样 ,红外检测 ,可定量地质样品中质量为 0~ 0 .9mg的硫及质量为 0~ 1 5mg的碳。用该仪器测定地质标样中碳、硫的结果与标准值符合 ,碳和硫 1 1次测定的RSD分别是 <2 .6 %和 <3 .0 %。 A method for the determination of carbon and sulfur in various geological samples by high frequency IR absorption spectrometry was reported in this paper. 30~60 mg of powder sample mixed with 0.4 g of pure iron filings and 1.7g of tungsten pellets (as flux) in a ceramic crucible was melt by a high frequency furnace and the carbon and sulfur in the sample was then determined quantitatively by an IR absorption spectrometer. The concentration ranges determined by this method were 0~15 mg for carbon and 0~0.9 mg for sulfur. The method has been applied to the determination of carbon and sulfur in geological reference samples. The results are in agreement with certified values with precision of <2.6% RSD for carbon ( n =11) and < 3% RSD for sulfur ( n =11).
