摘要
使用日本理学 3 0 70型X射线荧光光谱仪 ,采用粉末直接压片和经验系数校正基体效应的方法 ,在矿山实验室实现了铝土矿样品中Al2 O3、SiO2 、Fe2 O3、TiO2 、CaO和K2 O主量组分的快速分析 ,各组分的精密度 (RSD ,n =1 1 ) <3 .5 % ,监控样的分析结果与化学法或熔融 -XRF法的结果基本吻合。
A rapid in site method for bauxite analysis by Rigaku 3070 X ray fluorescence spectrometer with pressed powder pellets sample preparation was developed. The interelement effects on the analytical results were corrected by experience coefficient method. Al 2O 3、SiO 2、Fe 2O 3、TiO 2、CaO and K 2O in bauxites from Shanxi province were analyzed. The analytical results for quality contral samples were in agreement with those provided by chemical method and fusion disk XRF method.The precision of the method was <3.5% RSD ( n =11).
