摘要
目的:分析转基因水牛(“海医一号”)染色体核型。方法:取水牛耳源静脉血,按人类外周血染色体标本制备方法进行。结果:水牛染色体核型为２ｎ＝４９(４９,ＸＸ)。结论:转基因杂交水牛核型变化与常规杂交育种相同。
To study the chromosomal karyotype of a transgenic hybrid-buffalo. Method: The chromosomal samples were collected from auricular vein of the hybrid-buffalo by conventional technique of human chromosome. Results: The chromosome numbers of our transgenic hybrid-buffalo were 2n=49 (49,XX); the chromosome number one was longer and metacentric, the others were shorter and submetacentric. Conclusion: The chromosome translocation in the transgenic hybrid-buffalo is similar to that in rounte bybard-buffalo.
