摘要
摘 要 合成了阳离子型聚丙烯酸酯树脂,并分别用封闭型异氰酸酯及氨基树脂对其交联固化。考察了聚丙烯酸酯树脂中羟基结构单元、羟基含量、不同固化剂、固化剂含量以及催化剂的用量对固化反应的影响;最终制得可在145℃固化时的性能优异的阴极电泳涂料。
Abstract A cationic polyacrylate resin was synthesized. The curing reaction of cationic polyacry-lates with blocked isocyanates and amino resin was studied. The article is focused on disscusion of the factors influencing the curing reaction , such as hydroxy building unit of polyacrylate,mole percent of hydroxy, different curing agent, content of curing agent, content of catalyst. The cathode elec-trophoretic coating which cures at 145癈 with execellent properties was gained.
