摘要
在实验的基础上,应用故障树分析原理,对γ-Al_2O_3涂层制备过程中的影响因素进行了严密的逻辑分析,建立了相应的故障树。应用布尔代数原理计算得出影响涂层比表面积及晶型的13个基本事件。详尽讨论了这13个基本事件对涂层性能的影响原因。结果表明温度、恒温时间、添加剂的种类及用量等对γ-Al_2O_3涂层的比表面积及晶型的影响最大;应用FTA法能有效地分析γ-Al_2O_3涂层制备过程的影响因素。
Fault Tree Analysis(FTA) was applied in the paper based on experiment data,to logically analyze the effects of the preparation process on the specific area and crystal of γ-Al_2O_3 coating.Thirteen basic events that might influence the specific area and the crystal of the coating have been obtained by using Boer Algebra formula.The events have also been discussed in detail to find out the acting mechanism.It was found that temperature,heating time and additives take heavily impact on the specific area and crystal of γ-Al_2O_3 coating.FTA can be used to analyze the factors in preparing γ-Al_2O_3 coating.
