摘要
制备了液晶共聚酯乙酰氧基苯甲酸/聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯与聚碳酸酯共混体系的相容剂,确定了相容剂的理想反应条件:温度为275℃,时间为20min,不需加催化剂;探讨了相容剂对共混体系力学、微观性能的影响。
This paper prepared a kind of compatibilizer used in the blend system consisted of thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer(60P - hydroxybenzoic acid/ polyethylene terephthalate and polycarbonate. The compatibilizer was synthesized under the determined optimal conditions of 275℃ and 20 minutes without adding any catalyst. The effect of the compatibilizer on the mechanical properties and micromorphology of the blend was also discussed.
