摘要
介绍了近几年国内外对降低润滑油添加剂中氯含量的研究进展,详细描述了Lewis酸、无机酸及pKa大于2的有机酸法、碘和溴离子法和硫化法及其除氯效果,并介绍了清净分散剂无氯生产的新工艺。针对我国添加剂生产现状和未来发展趋势提出了建议。
Methods are introduced for reducing chlorine content of polyolefin substituted carboxylic acylating agents, including treating organochlorine compounds with (a) at least one acid selected from the group consisting the Lewis acid, minearl acids other than hydriodic acid and hydrobromic acid and organic acids having a pKa no less than about 2.0 and (b) a source of iodine or bromine and (c) sulfur or some sulfured compounds. The efficiency of the techniques is compared herein. New synthetic tchnique on lubricant addictives without chlorine is also described herein. Depending on the actualities in production and the future development of polyolefin substituted acylating agents, the rational advice is put forward.
