报道了芦竹碱新的合成方法,由吲哚与甲醛和二甲胺缩合而制得芦竹碱,经重结晶后其含量为98％。收率为95％。

New synthesis method of Gramnine was reported in this article. Thus, Gramine was prepared from Indole by condensatallizafion, the purity of Gramine was 98% , and the yield was 95% .
