摘要
对沉淀浮选法处理染化工业废水进行了初步研究,探讨了废水存放时间、浮选剂浓度、pH、浮选时间等因素对废水脱色率的影响。COD_(Cr)为1424mg·L^(-1)的废水,在最佳条件下经沉淀浮选处理60分钟,脱色率达到83%,COD_(Cr)下降55.6%,BOD_5/COD_(Cr)=0.32,有利于后续生化处理。
Treatment of industrial wastewater of dyestuff chemical plant by using precipitation floatation method has been studied. Effects of storage period of wastewater, floating agent concentration, pH and time of floatation on color removal efficiencies were investigated. The results showed that wastewater(COD_(Cr)=1424mg/L )was treated by precipitation floatation 60 min under the optimal conditions, the removal rates of color and COD_(Cr) content could go up to 83% and 55.6% respectively. BOD_5/COD_(Cr)=0. 32, it is advantage to follow-up biochemical treatment.
