摘要
本文针对河流水质污染控制规划这个问题,建立了嘉量原理的数学模型;并通过实例计算,表明这种方法概念明确,计算简单,适用性较强,用此方法在求解较大系统的河流(河流流量大,沿河排污厂多)时,非常适用于程序化计算,并且占机内存少,机时短。
In this paper Jar-metrhic principle is applied to control water pollution in river, and its mathematical models are established. By means of case study, it has been proved that this way is clear in the concept, simple in the calculation, the feasibility and the generality are better, moreover, it is most suitable for rivers of large systems.
