摘要
本文应用系统分析的理论及方法,建立了一个多目标梯级水库群优化调度的动态规划模型。为避免在系统方程不可逆的情形下寻优时的内插,在模型中引入了“平衡变量”,从而使一个比较复杂的多维状态、多维决策问题,通过仅离散“关联变量”而建立起来的具有“优先权”结构的动态规划模型而变得相对容易起来,为解决此类问题提供了一种切实可行的方法。将该方法应用于湖北省随州市封江口水库群的优化调度,得到了满意的结果。
This paper applies the theory and method of system analysis to establish an optimal operation model of multi—objective series reservoirs. A 'balance variable' is used to obtain optimal operation policies in order to avoid insertion in the case of uninverse system equation. A complicated multi—state and multi—decision problem can be changed to a relatively simple and easy one. The dynamic progamming model possessed 'priority structure' is established by discreting 'interrelated variable'. An available method is presented for solving this kind of problems and used to obtain the optimal operating policies of the Fengjiangkou reservoir system in Suizhou county of Hubei province. The results are satisfied.
