摘要
本文主要讨论 2 1世纪的两大发展趋势——全球化与信息化。在全球化的分析中主要说明其出现迹象、发生原因及经济全球化呼唤全球政府 ,全球化的结果将是共产主义的胜利。在信息化的分析中说明了什么是信息化、信息化的内涵要素及信息化对经济和社会的影响。
The two great developing trends--Globalization and Informationalization are explained in this paper. Arising signs and occurring reasons are described. Global government is demanded by economical globalization. The result of globalization will be the victory of Communism. All above are discussed in analysis of globalization. Following points of views are discussed in analysis of Informationalization: What is the Informationalization? What are the essential connoted factors? The economy and society will be influenced by Informalization
