碾压混凝土筑坝技术在大型水电主体工程中的应用

摘要 结合铜街子水电站大坝工程,对碾压混凝土的材料性能、初凝时间测定方法、振实机理等进行了研究;分析了碾压混凝土坝的应力场、渗流场、温度场;提出了碾压混凝土坝的观测项目及其设计;研究了施工工艺,改进并配套了施工机具;总结出适合我国特点的碾压混凝土筑坝新技术。 In combination with dam works of Tongjiezi Hydroelectric Plant the special topic studies material behaviour, measuring method of initial setting time,vibratory compaction mechanism, eat, of roller compacted concrete ,analyses the stress field, seepage field,temperature field of roller compacted concrete dam, suggestes observation items of roller compacted concrete dam and their design, probes the construction technology, improves construction machines and tools and their forming a complete set, summarizes the new dam construction technique with roller compacted concrete, suited to our country.
