摘要
在配电系统中 ,无功优化的控制手段主要包括调节变压器分接头和投切电容器。针对高中压配电网的特点 ,提出了其统一网络模型和一种分步实现的静态无功优化算法。将整个优化问题分解成电容器投切和分接头调节两个子问题 ,采用先投切电容器、后调节分接头的迭代模式和修正算法 ,通过这两个子问题的交叉优化来得到最终解。电容器投切优化采用逐次线性归整算法求解 ,变压器调节采用分块的电压控制策略。算例结果表明 ,该算法能达到降损节能和改善电压质量的效果 。
Adjusting transform er taps and switching capacitor banks are the most effective ways for reactive power optimization RPO in distribution system s. Considering the characteristics of the high- medium voltage level distribution system s,the RPO is divided into two sub- problems,capacitor switching and transformer adjusting,which are alternatively solved to get the final result. Moreover,capacitor switching is form ulated with the successive linear integer programm ing model.Transformer adjusting is processed through the strategy of divisional voltage control.Further,num erical tests are carried out and results show that the algorithm proposed is practical and efficient for distribution system s loss minim ization.
