摘要
BOM是由双亲件及子件所组成的关系树 ,是制造企业最基本和最核心的信息和资源文件之一。电子行业的BOM除了具有BOM的通用性外 ,还具有本身的特点。分析了电子行业BOM的复杂性 ,主要体现在BOM的多态性、多变性和参数化。提出 3种方法 ,即模块化设计、参数化配置和流程化管理 ,用其构造和管理BOM。
The Bill of Materials (BOM) is the relation tree composed of parent and child components,which is one of the most elementary and core data and files in a manufacture enterprise.The BOM used in electronic industry has its own features beyond the general ones.After analyzing its complexity,which shows in the polymorphism,variability and parameterization,three methods are proposed for constructing and managing the BOM.They are modularized design,parameter configuration and flow management.
