摘要
利用解析法求解了不同质量参数条件下的车辆动态三参数换挡规律 ,并从理论上分析了产生车辆最佳换挡点差异的动力学基础 ,指出自动变速系统换挡规律应能够自动适应车辆使用条件的变化 。
The shift schedule is the key of an automatic transmission system, the optimum shift point determines the time of gear change to gain the vehicle best performance. The dynamic tri parameter shift point theory provides a good way of shift point determining in the previous research. According to the theory, the optimum shift point was calculated under various conditions of vehicle moving mass and a light truck was adopted as research plant in this paper. The model of the vehicle and the engine was described, and then the shift points were gained by calculating the point of intersection of vehicle acceleration curves. The results show that the shift points are difference under different vehicle moving mass. The influence of vehicular mass parameter on the optimum shift point was worked out. The paper explained why this diversity is caused through dynamic analysis of vehicle driving. It was pointed out that the shift schedule should have an ability to adapt the driving conditions. An idea of using vehicle mass as shift control parameter was suggested. The research in this paper provided a theoretical basis for the self adaptive shift schedule and adopting the mass as shift control parameter.
