摘要
针对结构为沥青混合料面层、粒料基层和土基层的 3层柔性路面体系 ,建立了路面在车辆动载作用下的有限元分析模型 ,并应用 ANSYS有限元分析软件对层状路面在动载作用下路面的动态响应进行了三维有限元分析。结果表明 ,路面的疲劳破坏是动载引起的水平应力、横向应力和垂直应力共同作用的结果 ,水平应力的交变变化是使路面产生疲劳破坏的主要因素。最大水平拉应力和最大横向拉应力在沥青层底部与粒料基层的结合处产生 ,最大水平拉应变与最大横向拉应变在粒料基层底部与土基的结合处产生。
A 3D FEA model of layered flexible pavement, which is composed of asphalt surface, granular base and cohesive soil subgrade and subjected to a dynamic vehicle load, was built and the dynamic response of the layered pavement to moving load was analyzed using ANSYS software. The simulation results indicated that the fatigue cracking was caused by the combined action of horizontal stress, transverse stress and vertical stress of the dynamic vehicle load, and the alternate horizontal stress was the main factor of all. The maximum horizontal tensile stress and the maximum transverse tensile stress occurred at the joint between the asphalt bottom and the top of granular, the maximum horizontal tensile strain and the maximum transverse tensile strain occurred at the joint between the granular bottom and the top of soil subgrade.
