摘要
为了研究金属带式无级变速器的液压控制系统 ,建立了整车模型 ,分析了无级变速器速比变化率对汽车动态特性的影响。通过分析液压系统的实现过程 ,建立了液压控制系统的数学模型 ,给出了速比变化率的控制方法。对加速工况的仿真表明 ,所建立的系统模型基本上能够反映液压控制系统的实际工作状况 。
To develop the hydraulic control system of a metal V belt type of continuously variable transmission (CVT), a dynamic model of drive line with CVT was established. Based on the model, the influence of ratio changing rate upon the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle with CVT was discussed. The performance of CVT was controlled by the hydraulic control system, which was analyzed thoroughly and its model was established. The model of hydraulic control system was treated as a lumped parameter system, and is divided into two subsystems, that is, a clamping control system and a ratio control system. The simulation was carried out based on the above mentioned model. The simulating result shows that the modelling is in accordance with the reality, which lays the foundation of the development of CVT control system.
