摘要 在油泵试验台上 ,利用自制的喷油嘴压力室内压力测量装置对一种长型孔式喷油嘴 (ZCK15 4 S4 32 )的喷孔流量系数进行了动态测定 ,分别进行了每循环喷油量。 This paper presents a study on the measurement of flow coefficient of a hole type nozzle at unsteady flow condition in real injection process. By determining the pressure in the sac, ambient pressure and fuel delivery per cycle of nozzles with different parameters in running mode, the flow coefficient of a hole type nozzle was measured on a injection pump test bed. A method measuring the quasi dynamic flow coefficient of holes was propounded. The results show that the flow coefficient of injection hole increases with the increment of fuel delivery per cycle and becomes a fixed value in the end and it decreases with the increment of nozzle opening pressure and increases with the increment of the injection pump speed. However, it keeps an unvaried value when the pump speed is over 800 r/min and is smaller than its static value.
