Progress of Vaccines Against Classical Swine Fever(CSF)

简要地追述了猪瘟疫苗研究的历史沿革 ,结合猪瘟病毒基因组图谱及主要囊膜糖蛋白生物学特性 ,重点介绍了猪瘟新型疫苗的研究现状 ,并依据现行养猪业猪瘟检疫、防制中存在的种种问题 。

History of development of vaccines against CSF was briefly described in this paper.Recent researches on new vaccines against CSF were emphasized Based on some knowledge about genome of CSFV and biological characteristics of glycoproteins projecting from the lipid membrane.Simple discussion and review of application and tendency of new vaccines against CSF were made according to current problems of detection, control and eradication program of CSF.
