高铁高碘日粮对产蛋母鸡血浆及肝匀浆代谢酶活性的影响

Effect of FeedingHigh-Iron and High-Iodine Diet to Hens on Metabolic Enzyme Activities in Plasma and Liver Mogenate

用高铁高碘日粮饲喂产蛋母鸡，观察血浆及肝匀浆代谢酶活性的变化。结果表明，血浆和肝LDH活力上升；肝SDH和SOD活力增加，而血浆SDH和SOD活力无明显变化；血浆和肝ALP、GPT及GOT活力未发生变化。提示产蛋母鸡在将高水平铁、碘向蛋转移的过程中其自身代谢未发生不良的变化。

The laying hens were fed with high－iron and high－iodine diet and observations were made on metabolic enzyme activities in plasma and liver homogenate． The results showed that the LDH activities in plasma and liver were increased． Although SDH and SOD activities in liver were increased those in plasma were not changed． Also， there were no changes to be found in ALP， GPT and GOT activities of plasma and liver． Those results suggested that when high－iron and high－iodine were transferred from diet to egg by hens the metabolism of hen was not affected．
