菊花矮化类病毒两种检测方法的建立与比较 被引量:3

摘要 菊花矮化类病毒可通过接种寄主植物和电泳方法进行检测。正反向电泳法可从相当于 2 8mg鲜重的菊花样品中检测到菊花矮化类病毒RNA ,并可同时检测 10 - 2 0个样品材料。生物检测则需要较大的空间、严格的温度条件和较长时间 。
