摘要
小麦品种抗性谱鉴定、田间病情系统观察和抗性组分测定等结果表明,小麦持久抗条锈品种具显著的抗性特征,即成株期抗性谱很宽,有的品种甚至全生育期都表现抵抗,田间病情消长很慢且轻,成株期一般表现侵染机率低、病斑面积小、潜育期长。试验在控制条件下进行,便于操作,可用于小麦品种持久抗条锈性鉴定研究。
The experiments of identification of resistant specira of wheal cultivars, systematic observations of development of stripe rust on wheat cultivars, and their resistant components were conducted in the greenhouses or fields. The results showed that all wheat cultivars with the durable resistance had some outstanding characteristics: the resistant specira at adult stage were very wide, even some of them were resistant during all growth stages; the disease development in the fields was very slow and less; pathogen infection frequencies were lower, lesion areas smaller and latent period longer than those on non-durable ones. The above experiments were done under controllable conditions, therefore they were convenient to be operated and can be used in the identification of wheat cultivars with durable resistance to stripe rust.
