试验结果表明 :三倍体毛白杨插穗成活率与插穗处理方式有显著关系 ,以沙藏加地膜覆盖方法处理插穗育苗能显著提高插穗成活率和苗木生长量 ;嫁接方法影响接芽成活率 ,应在不同时期选择适宜的嫁接方法。

The experiments shows:the survival rate of Chinese white poplar triploids has notable relations with the method of dealing with them.Sand storing and plastic film covering can greatly raise the survival rate and the growth amount of the triploid seedlings.Grafting methods can affect grafting survival rate.so,proper grafting method schould be carefully selected,in dealing with the cutting.
