摘要
用土培试验对 6个小麦品种在整个生育期的钾营养特点进行了研究。结果表明 ,筛选钾高效基因型品种的适宜时期是在小麦扬花期以后。供试的多数小麦品种 ,在生育前期与后期的地上部生物量、籽粒产量、钾的吸收以及钾的利用等方面的表现不完全一致。高效低响型品种太核 5 0 2 5和低效低响型品种京核 1号在整个生育期对钾的反应基本稳定 ,而低效高响型品种 6 15 4对钾的反应变化较大。
Potassium nutrition characteristics of six wheat cultivars, such as growth vigor, responsiveness to potassium supply in soil, K uptake from soil and its use efficiency, were tested in tillering stage, reviving elongation stage, flowering stage and harvest stage, using soil culture. The results showed that the characteristics of K nutrition of the 6 wheat cultivars were relatively stable after the reviving elongation stage. So, the suitable stage for screening K efficient genotypes should be reviving elongation stage, flowering stage and harvest stage because the yield could accurately represent K nutrient efficiency in wheat at these stages, and the best one was harvest stage. 'Taihe 5025', a variety of high K use efficiency and low responsiveness to K supply and 'Jinghe 1', a variety of low K use efficiency, were stable in responsiveness to K at the whole growing period, while '6154', a variety of low K use efficiency, was highly responsive to K.
