Digital Suzhou and Its Building Strategies

文章分析了苏州市在城市建设、管理、政府决策方面亟待改进的一些现象，论述了实施数字苏州工程的六方面意义和四项优势条件，并从组织、宣传、实施、发展、测评、应用等方面提出了实施数字苏州的基本策略。

The paper analyzed some existing issues which need improving in relation to construc- tion, management and government decision-making procedures in Suzhou and discusses six im- plications of digitization of Suzhou and its four advantages. In the end, the author comes up with basic strategies to build up a digital Suzhou from the standpoints of organization, publicity, imple- mentation, development, evaluation and application.
