Countermeasures for Water Resources Problems in Beijing and Upstream Peripheral Regions

分析了北京及上游周边地区当前水资源存在的主要问题 ,提出了只有坚持流域可持续发展的原则 ,才能从根本上解决水资源问题的观点 ,同时从工程建设。

The main problems existing in water resources in Beijing and upstream peripheral regions are analyzed. It is pointed out that the implementation of the principle of basin based sustainable development is the key to the solution of water resources problems. In addition, some countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of engineering construction, management system, policies, and regulations.
