Solution to Drought Problem on Southeast Leizhou Peninsula

对雷州半岛西南部干旱问题提出了综合治理和南渡河调水治旱两个方案 ,讨论了两种方案的利弊。认为实施综合治理方案可全面解决西南部干旱问题 ;而南渡河调水方案仅能对部分干旱地区治旱。综合治理方案在总体工程效益、合理开发水资源。

Two alternatives are proposed for solving the drought problem on southeast Leizhou Peninsula, i.e. comprehensive regulation and water diversion from the Nanduhe River, and the alternatives are compared and analyzed based on technology and economy. It is considered that the implementation of comprehensive regulation can solve the drought problem on the whole, while water diversion can only solve the drought problem in some local areas. It is also pointed out that comprehensive regulation is superior to water diversion in general benefit, reasonable development of water resources, and improvement of ecological environment.
