就衣片归拔、复衬、开袋、绱袖等主要工艺 ,进行传统工艺与先进设备工艺的比较分析。同时对柔性吊挂传输系统与传统生产流水线作了时间数量对比和浮余指标分析 ,体现出现代工艺、先进设备和高新技术的优越性。

As for the main processes of piece blocking, attaching chest interlining to front, cutting, pocket mouth and attaching sleeve, a comparative analysis of the traditional technology and the advanced technology is made. And analyzing the difference of time, quantity and floating time between P O R system and traditional production flow line, it is indicated that modern technology, advanced equipment and hi technology P O R are advantageous. Finally, some suggestions are given to reform mass manufacturing technology of mens tailored suit.
