高粱色素的研究Ⅱ.几种不同溶剂测定方法比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 以四种不同溶剂检测水溶性高粱色素。高粱色素在四种不同溶剂中的可见光扫描曲线基本相同。在四种不同溶剂中,高粱色素均呈红棕色透明溶液,与红棕色相匹配的波长492.5nm及500nm处的吸光度即为计算高粱色素在四种不同溶剂中的色价依据。由检测结果比较证明:以蒸馏水作为溶剂价廉、易得、省时、方便、稳定、准确,是定性、定量检测高粱色素比较理想溶剂,以蒸馏水为溶剂,其色价应以波长500nm处的吸光度进行计算。 The water-soluble sorghum pigment was detected with four different sol-vents,and the visiblelight scanning curves in the solvents were more or less the same.Thesorghum pigment appeared red brown and transparent in the solvents.Calculating the color val-ue of sorghum pigment in the solvents ought to be on the basis of ABS at 492.5nm and 500nm which matched with the red brown color.The compatative results in the present studyproved that distilied wnter was a more ideal solvent for detecting sorghum pigment qualitativelyand quantitatively,with many advantages such as low cost,ease of obtainment,shortmeasuring time,convenience,high stability and accuracy,The color value ought to be calcu-lated with ABS at 500 nm when distilled water is used as a solvent.
