摘要
本文叙述了用高选择性的ADS—7吸附树脂从甜菊叶浸取液中提取甜菊糖甙的方法。ADS—7可代替通常使用的吸附及脱盐、脱色三种树脂,仅吸附—解吸一步便可得到含量达90%、吸光度小于0.13的甜菊糖甙。甜菊糖的收率达10.5g/100g甜菊叶,乙醇的用量也显著降低。经50周期连续试验,ADS—7的性能无明显的变化。
In this papeR,the extrdction and separation of stevioside by one step meth-od have been descntal.Adsorbent ADS-7 possesses high selectivity andcan be used instead ofthree resins in usual proass for desalting and deolouring.The stevioside with the content of90% and the adsothance E below 0.13 has been obtained through one step ofadsorption-desorption.The yield of stevia sugar is 10.5g/100g of stevia leaves.The quantityof alcohol used in this proass decreased obviosly.
