摘要
本文对银杏叶总黄酮的捉取条件进行了探讨。用70%乙醇溶液,12倍用量,回流3小时,提取2次,总提取率可达8l.7%。同时发现秋天的银杏叶总黄酮含量高于春、夏季。
The extraction method for total flavonoids in gingko foliage has beenstudied in this paper.The optimal extracting procedure was concluded as follows:use 12 timesby wt. of 70% alcohol as solvent,refluxing twice,3 hours each,the percentage yield was81.7%.The content of total flavonoid in gingko foliage in autumn is higher than in spring or In summer.
