^(90)Sr-β射线照射预防瘢痕手术后增生的护理

The Nursing Care of the Patient Undergoing ^(90) Sr-β Ray Irradiation to Prevent Postoperative Recurrence of Hypertrophic Scar

目的 探讨预防瘢痕手术后增生的护理方法。方法 采用手术切除术后加早期 β身射线照射。结果 总有效率为 98.3%。结论 对此种手术后的患者进行全方位的护理 ,尤其是术前心理护理、皮肤准备、术后90 Sr- β射线敷贴的护理等 。

Objective To study of the nursing care of the patient undergoing 90 Sr-β ray irradiation to prevent postoperative recurrence of hypertrophic scar.Methods To apply 90 Sr-β ray irradiation in early phase after resection of scar.Results The total effective rate was 98.3%.Conclusions The multiaspect nursing care,especially preoperative psychological nursing,skin preparations and the nursing care of 90 Sr-β ray irradiation of the patient,postoperatively may improve the effects of the prevention onrecurrence of hypertrophic scars.
