Contradiction and Coordination Between the Economic Functions and Social Functions of the contracted Farm Land

农地的主要功能就是为社会提供食物,承包土地也不例外,而且还兼有就业和保障生存的功能。在市场经济条件下,承包土地的这些社会功能与经济功能不可避免地存在着矛盾。随着经济的发展,这对矛盾会越来越大,这就需要及时协调两者的关系,并逐步把社会功能向经济功能转化。

The main function of the farm land is t o provide food for the society.So doe s the contracted farm land ,it also has the functions of providing employme nt and ensuring residents' life.Under the condition of the mark et economy,there must be some contradiction between the social fu nctions and economic functions of th e contracted farm land,and the contr adiction will be more and more serious along with the economic development.So coordinating th e relationship between the two kinds of functions in time and transforming the social functio ns into the economic functions gradually are necessary.
