带脉病证治辨析——奇经八脉病证辨析之四

Differentiating syndrome and applying therapy for belt vessel's disease

带脉病是由于各种原因导致带脉功能失调 ,临床以腰痛、腹胀满、下肢不用、内脏下垂、女子月经失调、带下、胞胎不固 ,男子遗精、滑精为主要特征的病证。常见证候有湿热蕴带、寒湿阻带、火热灼带、带脉瘀滞、带脉失约、带脉不固。治疗当辨证施治 ,实则散邪安带 。

Belt vessel's disease resulting from its disfunction, the clinic features are following: lumbar pain, abdominal distention, lower limp weakness, visceroptosis, menses disturbance,abnormal leucorrhoea, unstable embryo, nocturnal emission, unconscious sperm-emission. According to TCM, the syndromes are divided into dampness and heat syndrome, cold and dampness syndrome, heat and hot syndrome, stagnation syndrome and unconstraint syndrome. Therefore, differentiating syndrome to treating disease is requested, in which dispelling evil factors and reinforcing vital material are selected respectively.
