摘要
目的 探讨低场强磁共振成像 (MRI)对超急性期 (<2 4h)重症颅脑损伤的诊断价值及临床应用。方法 10 2例超急性重症颅脑损伤患者均用 0 .15TMR仪 ,常规SE序列T1WI和T2 WI。均经CT和 /或MR复查及临床随访。患者分成超急性早期 (<6h)、晚期 (6~ 12h)两组观察其MR信号变化情况。结果 6 3例超急性早期重症颅脑损伤患者T1WI(缺 6例 ) :稍低信号 3例、等信号 5 0例、稍高信号 4例 ;T2 WI :等信号 1例、稍高信号 10例、高信号 5 2例。 39例超急性晚期患者T1WI:稍低信号1例、等信号 17例、稍高信号 2 1例 ;T2 WI :稍高信号 4例、高信号 35例。结论 低场强MR对超急性期重症颅脑损伤有特征性MR信号改变 ,T2 WI明显优于T1WI。
Objective To evaluate low-field MRI in the diagnosis and clinical application of the cerebral injury in hyperacute stage.Methods SE T 1WI and T 2WI with a 0.15?T MR unite were performed in 102 patients with cerebral injury in hyperacute stage.The diagnosis was proved with CT and/or MRI follow-up. The patients were divided into two groups(<6?h and 6~24?h) according to the time after cerebral injury.Results The 63 patients with early cerebral injury in hyperacute stage(<6?h)on T 1WI: slight-low signal intensity was seen in 3 cases, while iso-intensity in 50 and slight-high intensity in 4;on T 2WI: iso-intensity signal was seen in 1 case, while slight-high intensity in 10 cases and high intensity in 52 cases. The 39 cases with later hyperacute stage(6~24?h)on T 1WI: slight-low signal intensity was seen in 1 case, while iso-intensity in 17 cases and slight-high intensity in 21 cases; on T 2WI, slight-high signal intensity was seen in 4 cases, while high intensity in 35 cases.Conclusions Low-field MR imaging is of great clinical value in diagnosing cerebral injury in hyperacute stage. T 2WI is obvious better than T 1WI.
