摘要
目的 探讨用大鼠作为糖尿病血管成形术模型的可行性及小剂量胰岛素对其成功率的影响。方法 大鼠被链脲佐菌素腹腔内注射形成糖尿病模型后随机分成三组:A组(血管成形术组)、AI组(血管成形术+胰岛素组),C组(对照组),每组10只。观察各组血糖、体重、死亡率变化。术后14 d处死大鼠并取其胸主动脉测定内膜面积、内膜/中膜面积。结果 三组间血糖及体重差异无显著性(P>0.05);A组死亡率显著高于AI组(P<0.01);AI组内膜面积、内膜/中膜面积与A组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 大鼠适宜作为糖尿病血管成形术模型,但小剂量胰岛素的应用是此模型成功的保证。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of producing the angioplasty model in diabetic rat and the effect of insulin on the opportunity to successfully establish this model. Method Rats were injected with stretozotocin (STZ) to be used as diabetic model,and the diabetic rats were arranged randomly into three groups: Group C (control group), Group A (angioplasty group), Group AI (angioplasty + insulin). The changes of blood glucose, weight and mortality were observed. After 14 days, rats were euthanized and thoracic aortas were harvested for measuring the intima area and the intima/media area. Results Result The changes of blood glucose and weight in three groups were not significantly different (P > 0.05). The mortality in group A was obviously higher than that in group AI ( P < 0.01). The intima and intima/media area were not remarkably different in group A and A I (P < 0.01). Conclusion It is feasibility that rat become a diabetic angioplasty model but a small dose of insulin should be injected.
