过量米非司酮对大鼠肾上腺细胞损害的观察

The Harmful Effects on Rat's Adrenal Gland Cells in Taking an Overdose of Mifepristone.

用电镜方法观察过量米非司酮对大鼠肾上腺细胞超微结构的影响。每天给实验组大鼠米非司酮30mg/ml/只,分别给7d、14d、28d。结果:肾上腺皮质束状带细胞溶酶体增多增大,胞质和细胞间出现髓样小体,巨噬细胞中巨大残余体形成。球状带、网状带及髓质细胞超微结构与对照组无明显差异。提示过量米非司酮对大鼠肾上腺皮质束状带细胞有一定损害,但对其他部位影响不显著。

Objective:The ultrastructures of rat's adrenal gland cells were observed under the TEM after administration of overdose mifepristone. Methods : The rat's were administred with mifepristone intragastrically in three groups treated at a dose of 30mg/ml/d for 7.14 and 28 days respectively, results :The lysosmes increased in the fascular zone of adrenal cortex cells in size,the myelin bodies were presented in cytoplasm and in intercellular space,a number of large remnant body-like structures were formed in the macro-phages,but the glomerular zone.reticular zone and a-drenal medulla cells either in experiment groups or in control groups kept no any alteration. Conclusion;indicated that application of overdose mifepristone can damage the facicular zone cells in a certain degree and no any significant effect shows on cells of other parts of adrenal gland.
