腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣在足踝部创面的临床应用

Clinical Application of Reserve Island Flap with Sural Neural Nutrition Blood Vessel Pedicle in Soft Tissue Defect of Food Ankle

目的 探讨腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣在足踝部组织缺损创面中的应用。方法 采用腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣转移 ,对 18例足踝部缺损合并肌腱、骨骼外露创面进行修复与重建。结果 18例中 15例皮瓣全部一期愈合 ,3例皮肤边缘部分坏死 ,经换药后治愈 ,经 1年以上随访观察 ,功能恢复满意。

Objective To explore the clinical application of reserve island flap with sural neural nutrition blood vessel pedicle in defects of food ankle. Methods 18 patients were treated with the flap to repair the soft tissue defect of food ankle. Results The flaps in 15 cases were wholly successful.part edge of flap in 3 cases was modified.Following up more than 1 year,the function was satisfactory Conclusions The flap is ideal for the reconstruction of soft tissue defect of the food ankle.
