下肢深静脉血栓形成25例临床分析

Clinical Analysis about Twenty-five Cases with Lower Extremity Phlebothrombosis

目的 探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成的溶栓治疗效果。方法 用尿激酶溶栓 ,低分子量肝素抗凝 ,低分子右旋糖酐祛聚疗法 ,治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成 2 5例。结果 随访 6个月 ,临床治愈 18例 ,治愈率 72 % ;显效 5例 ,显效率 2 0 % ;有效 2例 ,有效率 8%。结论 非手术溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成 。

Objective To talk about deep vein phlebothrombosis disthrombus treatment effect. Methods It's twenty five cases about deep vein phlebothrombosis treatment used disthrombus with urokinase.Low molecular weight heparin anticoagulat.Dextuam preventing blood coagulatis ways. Result After tracking investigation found 18 cases were cured,the cure rate is 72 percent,the better effect was five cases.Its rate was 20 percent;the effect was two cases,phlebostenasrs.Blood flows slowly.The effect rate was 8 percent. Conclusion It's good effect to find disthrombus early for lower extremity phlebothiombosis.
