摘要
建立了一种以硝基安定为内标 ,FID为检测器的测定茶水中的三唑仑的大孔径毛细管气相色谱新方法 .测定结果表明三唑仑的线性范围为 10~ 10 0mg/L ,其最低检测浓度为 10mg/L ,相对标准偏差为2 .6 % ,平均回收率为 85 .6 % .该法简便 ,准确 ,重现性好 。
A method for the determination of triazolam in tea by gas chromatography with wide bore capilly column is described. The gas chromatographic conditions for determination were as follows: FID detector;HP-5 capilly column, 10 m×0.53 mm×2.65 μm film; column tempeture 260 ℃, the injector temperature 300 ℃,the detector temperature 300 ℃, carrier gas, 15 mL/min N 2;internal standard nitrazepam.All components and standard were separated in 3 min.The average recoveries of triazolam was 85.6 %, the relative standard deviations was 2.6%.The method is simple ,rapid ,sensitive and reproducible.
