星形胶质细胞瘤MRI与病理诊断50例对照分析

Analysis of MRI and Pathology in 50 Cases Astroglioma of the Brain

目的 探讨星形胶质细胞瘤的MRI表现特点 ,分析MRI对该类肿瘤的诊断要点和价值。方法 搜集经MRI诊断及手术病理证实的星形胶质细胞瘤 5 0例 ,分析MRI信号表现特点。结果 发现Ⅰ级星形胶质细胞瘤边界多较清楚 ,信号较均匀 ,水肿及占位效应较轻 ,囊变少见 ;Ⅲ～Ⅳ级星形胶质细胞瘤边界多不清楚 ,信号不均 ,水肿及占位效应明显 ,囊变多见 ;Ⅱ级介于二者之间。结论 不同分级的星形胶质细胞瘤的MRI表现有一定规律性 。

Objective To study specific features and main diagnostic points of astroglioma on MRI. MethodsMRI was performed in 50 cases with pathologically provided astroglioma,compared to the MRI districtive features. Results The research showed that grade Ⅰ astroglioma was well defined with little mass effect and mild edema. The signal intensity was hemogeneous. Cystic degeneratin was seldom.Ⅲ～Ⅳ were poorly definded with marked mass effect and edema. The signal intensity was heterogeneous. Cystic degendration was usually found. The MRI features of grade Ⅱ were between gradeⅠand Ⅲ～Ⅳ. Conclusion There are regular MRI features of grade Ⅰ～Ⅵ of astroglioma. The signal intensity of the tumor was related to pathological changes.
