基于Internet的现代远程教育及几个关键技术问题

INTERNET-BASED MODERN DISTANCE EDUCATION AND SEVERAL KEY TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

科学技术的迅猛发展和社会对人才的多层次需求使得传统的一次性教育受到很大的挑战 ,已经不能很好地满足人们个性化、终身化学习的需要 .采用信息技术开展的现代远程教育应运而生 ,它是对当前教育模式的补充 ,也必将引起传统教育模式、理论和观念的变革 .本文讨论了现代远程教育的特点 ,与传统教育形式相比所具有的优势和国内外发展现状 ,并探讨了构建基于Internet的远程教育系统所包含的基本内容 ,分析了现代远程教育中的几个关键技术问题 。

Along with the development of science technology and social requirement to people with various ability,the traditional mode of education can't satisfy what the characteristic and all-time learning needs.Making use of information technology,modern distance education becomes a good complement and causes evolution of educational mode,theory and thought.We discuss the feature of modern distance education and its superiority comparing with the traditional mode.The basic contents of Internet-based distance education and several key technical problems inside are discussed.Finally,we present solution for them.
