摘要
用 2 2 77热活性检测系统测定了一株石油菌在不同NaCl浓度下生长的功率—时间曲线 .根据广义Logistic方程 ,建立了石油菌生长的功率—时间曲线方程 :ln[aPk/P(t) -1] =ln[(aK -N0 ) /N0 ] -akt,用四点法求得了PK.得到了该石油菌生长的最适NaCl浓度为 32 1g·L 1 .
The power-time curves of one strain petroleum bacterial growth at different NaCl concentrations have been determined by using 2277 Thermal Activity Monitor.A equation of a power-time curve, ln[aP k/P(t)-1]=ln[(aK-N 0)/N 0]-akt,was established based on the generalized logistic equation.The non-linear equation of k-D with respect to NaCl concentration was established.The value of k-D was the maximum at NaCl concentration 32.1 g ·L -1.
